Christina Simos is currently the Program Director at La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center, a treatment center providing inpatient drug rehab in Los Angeles, Ca. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Communications. Christina has spent years in various managerial positions and believes there is no mission without money.
Christina began her journey into recovery 12 years ago. Her passion to be of service and help others brought her to this field five years ago. She started out as a recovery tech and worked her way up into a supervisory position. Christina then moved into an Operations Manager position and eventually the position she holds now.
“My mission is create procedures and policies to ensure outstanding client and employee experiences. My goal is promote consciously and strategically a clinical and financial accountability among our staff that helps us be the best at what we do. I want everyone that works here to feel valued and a part of and I want all of our clients to have every opportunity to gain the skills and tools they need to be successful when they leave here. I also want to support our alumni as they grow and create a space here for them to give back.”
Christina has been active in the LGBTQ community since college. As a journalist she raised awareness for LGBTQ rights and has volunteered for various benefits and fundraisers serving the community. Christina is also a singer/songwriter and has released a multiple songs that reflect her passion for recovery and unity. “No matter who you are, no matter who you love, no matter what they say, love is love.”
